OAM Locks User Account after 5 Unsuccessful Login Attempts (Doc ID 1527938.1)

Goal

After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, OAM locks a user's account and the following error is displayed in the browser;

"Unable to process the request due to unexpected error"

webgate error logs show the following trace:
