Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle iPlanet Web Proxy Server 4.0 from a pre-4.0.14 version to newer version, e.g. 4.0.21, a browser may show a blank page when accessing content via the Proxy Server.

The error log wil have entries similar to the one listed below:
