Classic Extract - Extract Hang Using 100% CPU (Doc ID 1528401.1)

Extract or Datapump abend on start up ; or

Datapump process using 100% CPU and not advancing .

pstack from process consuming CPU or backtrace (bt) from a core dump may show a stack similar to the
following :
