Symptoms
Patch 13104787 was successfully applied some months ago to a FMW 11g Webtier home version 11.1.1.5 to fix an issue where WebCenter and Portal pages were failing intermittently on https/SSL with a 404 page not found error.
Now, after upgrading that Webtier home from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6, the intermitent 404 error in SSL has returned and the OPatch inventory is not showing Patch 13104787 as applied to the newly upgraded 11.1.1.6 instance.
There is a similar patch for 11.1.1.6 (Patch 13643211) but trying to apply it OPatch complains about a conflict.
Changes
WebTier home was upgraded from 11.1.1.5 to 11.1.1.6.
