ADF Mouse Wheel Does Not Scroll On Fixed Height Table (Doc ID 1529089.1)

Symptoms

An ADF table has fixed height without scrollbars and it is required to be able to scroll to the content above the table (parent page) when having the mouse over the table. 
The table does not show a scroll bar because it is especially set with a height big enough to cater for all rows.

The problem is that when over the table, the page does not scroll, and hence it is not possible to reach the content/page above the table using the mouse wheel scroll.

The page scrolls when the mouse wheel is over the page.
