Maximum of 164 Characters for the Comment Field of a Document Checked into the Document Explorer Taskflow (Doc ID 1529406.1)

Unable to add a comment extending 164 characters to a document checked into the Document Explorer taskflow in WebCenter Portal.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Create a new Group Space.
2. Create a new page "test" in the new group space.
3. Add the Document Explorer to the new page and upload a file to it.
4. Click on the uploaded file in Document Explorer and type 164 characters into the comments field. Attempting to add more than 164 characters fails.
