Unpack fails with "The application location must have write permission" error (Doc ID 1529522.1)

Symptoms

The application directory is inside DOMAIN_HOME and pack the domain it is successful but unpack fails.  And I get the below error in the unpack debug logs.

 

 


The application was deployed in the no stage mode. If I undeploy the application, pack the domain then the unpack works.
