Desktop Integration Suite, Office Integration: MS-Excel Macro issues when opening .xls Spreadsheets directly from the Office Integration ribbon with the Excel Application (Doc ID 1529560.1)

Symptoms

If users view or open an Excel spreadsheet that contains secured macros from Desktop Integration Suite, Windows Explorer Integration, users will be confronted with a security warning that macros are disabled.  Users can enable macros on the spreadsheet through the options menu in Excel.  

However, when users use the 'Open' option in the Oracle WebCenter Content ribbon in the MS-Excel application (using Desktop Integration Suite, Office Inegration),  the spreadsheet is opened, but the security warning is not visible and it appears the macros within the spreadsheet have been enabled.

The behavior is inconsistent between the Desktop Integration Suite integrations.  The preferred default behavior would that users would need to request to enable or disable macros when opening a spreadsheet containing macros.
