Webgate Diagnostics URL No Longer Works After Applying BP13 (Doc ID 1530016.1)

After applying BP13 to any Oracle Access Manager WebGates, the webgate diagnostics link no longer works, results in a blank form:


...diag page is not  displayed ... error

Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
The URL <masked> is reserved for use by Oracle Access Manager and has been used with incorrect parameters.

 (Note this page should not be  displayed...its a bug that is fixed in BP13 ... Bug 14311707 - WEBGATE.DLL RESPONDS TO INVALID REQUESTS)
