WebCenter Sites Delivery Server Hangs Regularly

The servers become unresponsive, approximately 3-4 days after starting them up. After this time requests are not being served.

The following type of error is seen in the futuretense.txt:

[logging.cs.satellite.request] Exception writing binary data to the output stream to client
ClientAbortException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Restarting the server resolves the problem for another three to four days.
