The WebCenter Portal (Spaces) is configured with discussion server, many announcements are available WebCenter pages.
Several of these announcements are public and are displayed correctly before signing in to the WebCenter Portal.
Other announcements request the user to be authenticated for them to be displayed.

Since a few hours, when WebCenter Portal is accessed, the public announcements can be seen but after signing in, no announcements and no discussion forums can be seen anymore.

The following error was found in the WC_Spaces-diagnostics.log:

Note: This is a High Availability WebCenter Environment where Spaces managed servers and discussions managed servers are located on separate Unix machines.
