Symptoms

The following is seen in the Oracle Web Cache 11g logs continually repeated:

[webcache] [ERROR:32] [WXE-11904] [security] SSL handshake fails SSL-28864

The following is seen in the Oracle Web Cache 10g logs continually repeated:

[warning 11904] [ecid: 53883763657,0] SSL handshake fails NZE-29049
[error 11321] [ecid: 53883763657,0] Connection from browser cannot be established. 

Similar issue may occur with the Oracle HTTP Server where the same items should be checked:
