When a large file is processed through a FTP Adapter -> Mediator -> BPEL (FLOW-N) -> BPEL ...the XML-XDK objects in the heap is not getting released. Once the issue occurs, even the smaller files processing also getting failed with Out of Memory Error.
Steps to reproduce
Issue occurs on a specific use case having the following design:
- FTP Adatper to poll a larger file containing multiple records
- Mediator routes the call to BPEL which has a Flow-N to process individual records
- Flow-N invokes another BPEL (blocking invoke) to make the call in a transaction
