Discussion Forum Moderator Can Delete The Other Forum Under The Category (Doc ID 1532349.1)

Webcenter 11.1.1.6.0

A category has been created under owc_discussion application. 

Provided the moderator permission to two users. Each user creates a forum. So there are 2 forums under the category.

Now each user has the privilege to edit,delete,create topic in both the forums.

There are two moderators(x,Y) who have moderator permission for a category.
X created a forum(FX) and Y created another forum(FY). now X can edit delete FX and Y can edit delete FY. Also X can edit delete FY and Y can edit delete FX forum.

The request is to avoid that X can edit, delete FY and Y can edit delete FX.

Is it feasible? it seems the expected behavior since they have moderator role.
