Last updated on JANUARY 06, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.6.0 [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You are using the FrameworkFolders component.

You have a folder structure like:

Folder1
    SubFolder1
        Content Item1
        Content Item2
        SubFolder1b
            Content Item3
            Content Item4

You propagate some metadata values down from Folder1.  After propagation, all of the content items have been moved to the deepest subfolder in the tree (in this example, to Subfolder1b)

In the example above, items are appearing as follows after propagation:

Folder1
    SubFolder1
        SubFolder1b
        Content Item1
        Content Item2
        Content Item3
        Content Item4
