Symptoms

After OIM upgrade to OIM 11.1.1.5.6 BP 06, running the Evaluate User Policies job and is failing (Note: In 11.1.1.5.6 BP 06, the access policy evaluation has changed: Refer to KM Doc: Access Policies are Not Getting Triggered After Upgrading to OIM 11.1.1.5.6 Bundle Patch 06 <Document 1526861.1> )

The OIM log file shows:
