Symptoms

OSB MQ connection failed to reconnect after MQ Server restart or network failure

Test scenarios:
1) The inbound request comes in on a transport other than MQ and the message is sent to MQ
2) The inbound request comes in on the MQ transport and is sent to MQ using the same connection as inbound.
3) The inbound request comes in on the MQ transport and is sent to MQ using a different MQ connection resource.
