BPM 11g: Unable to Deploy PS4FP BPM Application in PS5 (Doc ID 1533719.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading a project from PS4FP to PS5 and starting the servers, following error is seen

[MtlBpmNbCheckPolicyStatus] is not being used by any conversational node>

[QueryApplicationDBServices] is not being used by any conversational node>

[QueryApplicationDBServices] is not being used by any conversational node>

[QueryApplicationDBServices] is not being used by any conversational node>

[QUERY_COLUMN_WORKSPACE] is not being used by any conversational node>
