Symptoms
Architecture consists of an Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) 11.1.1.6 instance configured with the OHS proxy plug-in (build from Dec 2 2011) to send requests to WLS backend instances.
The following error appears when the amount of 'URL objects created' reaches 1000
