Symptoms

Consensus leasing is failing between two managed servers.

managedserver1 (server-name1) running on Machine1
managedserver2 (server-name2) running on Machine2
both the managed servers are in a cluster, and both the nodemanager are reachable
Migration basis for the cluster has been changed from database to consensus, we are seeing "BEA-310006" error message after "Member Discovery Timeout"
