Why $(SERVERHOST) Value from webutil.cfg File is not Used (Doc ID 1535046.1)

Symptoms

The following is the default configuration for client location syslib libraries in webutil.cfg file

 

# Add/change the following if you want to specify a different client location
# where the syslib libraries can be downloaded.
# Format:
# install.syslib.location.client.<os>.<arch>=<location>
install.syslib.location.client.0.0=webutil\syslib\$(SERVERHOST)\win32
install.syslib.location.client.0.1=webutil\syslib\$(SERVERHOST)\win64

 

 After running a webutil form the syslib / DLL libaries are being downloaded to the following location

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\webutil\syslib\win32

 

Why is $(SERVERHOST)  not being created as a folder under syslib ?
