Symptoms

[webcache] [ERROR:32] [WXE-13134] [config] [ecid: ] Oracle Web Cache did not find a  matching CACHE element in webcache.xml for the current host name (Hostname1), Oracle instance (Oracle Instance Path) and system component name (webcache1).

Changes

 This is a machine that has multiple Network Interface Cards (NIC) cards and the Oracle Home/Instance are installed on a network drive which can be accessed by any of the NIC cards on the machine.
