Symptoms
A WebCenter Portal Space was developed with 'private' access. Now that the space development is complete, the owner wants to make it 'public'.
When attempting to change the access settings to 'public' and click Apply, an error message occurs:
WCS#<TIME_OF_ERROR>2: Granting of Role Public-User partially succeeded for identity anonymous-role. Granting permissions for Discussions, Announcements failed.
