Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7.0)

Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7.0) has been released to Oracle Technology Network (OTN), My Oracle Support (MOS), and Oracle Software Delivery Cloud systems with the following release schedule.

  • My Oracle Support released 11g 11.1.1.7 Patch Set downloads for all existing installations.

  • Oracle Software Delivery Cloud released full media pack for Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release (11.1.1.7)

  • Oracle Technology Network has released 11.1.1.7 Documentation.

  • Oracle Technology Network product pages provide 11.1.1.7 downloads and other information as applicable to specific product usage.

Highlights

  • Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7) includes updates for previously released 11.1.1.5 and 11.1.1.6 products. Oracle Identity Access Management products previously released as 11.1.1.5.0 (see <Note 1316076.1>) are now updated to 11.1.1.7.0. Update - There is also now a Release 2 for Identity Access Management, (see <Note 1510284.1>).

  • Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7) Documentation Library books have significant documentation improvements based on My Oracle Support experiences and customer feedback.

  • There is a minimum one year grace period to plan an update to a new Patch Set release in order to maintain Premier Support with error correction support. For more information on the Error Correction Policy dates for each release, see <Note 1290894.1>. Update - There is also now a Release 2 for Identity Access Management, it is important to note there are different planning schedules for Release 1 where some products have been deprecated or have a Release 2. See also an extension of Premier Support announced in <Note 1585582.1>.

Administer
