Intermittent Issue On Content Server 7.6 After Migration (Doc ID 1535562.1)

Symptoms

There are various issues occurring intermittently on Content Server 7.6.2 after migration from 6.3.9 such as:

1) User gets locked / not allowed to login
2) Left pane not loading
3) Issues while saving asset (Error -10003)

SystemOut.log contains messages such as:

0000002a db            E COM.FutureTense.Servlet.B B SQLException executing query: SELECT *  FROM WorkflowGroups_DRoles WHERE cs_ownerid IN(?)
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The server failed to resume the transaction. Desc:2c700000067.
at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException.makeFromDatabaseError(Unknown Source)
