Symptoms
After upgrading from DPS 6.3.1.1.1 to DPS 11.1.1.5.1 the server stops responding to client connections.
A restart is required to restore service.
DPS 11.1.1.5.1 on Solaris 10 x86(64)

Changes
Upgrade from DPS 6.3.1 to DPS 11.1.1.5.0, this also upgrades the JRE used from 1.5.0 to 1.6.0
