Logon Manager Fails Emulator Form Detection On Windows 7

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Logon Manager agent fails to respond to the Open Text Host Explorer mainframe emulator on Windows 7 with User Account Control (UAC) enabled.
The Logon Manager agent is expected to respond to the emulator application even when the UAC feature is enabled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ESSO-LM 188.8.131.52.2 with all Mainframe support components, connected to AD and pre-defined templates available to synchronise.
2. Install Open Text HostExplorer 14.0.
3. Update 'Mfrmlist.ini' with the relevant Open Text information.
4. Start the Agent.
5. Start a HostExplorer Session and wait for form recognition.
Upgrade/Migration to Windows 7 32-bit workstations with UAC enabled.
