AD Users Not Able To Login To EBS Through OAM (Doc ID 1536528.1)

In an OAM/EBS integration customer synchronizes its users in AD to OID using DIP and then has OAM configured to ONLY use as their identity store OID.
Users created in OID can login into EBS however users synched from AD to OID can not.
