AD Users DIP Synchronized to OID 11g Not Able To Login To EBS Through OAM (Doc ID 1536528.1)

Goal

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) /EBusiness Suite (EBS) integration, where users in Microsoft (MS) Active Directory (AD) are synchronized to Oracle Internet Directory (OID) using Directory Integration Platform (DIP), and OAM is configured to Only use their identity store in OID.

Users created in OID can login into EBS however users synched from AD to OID cannot.
