Running the repldisc command as it is reported in the DSEE/ODSEE documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E35622_01/html/821-1224/repldisc-1.html) will give the following error if there is a space in the -D bind user name. For example,
$ repldisc -D cn=admin,cn=Administrators,cn=config -w pwd -b o=rtest -s myserver:1389
This will work fine because there are no gaps or spaces in cn=admin,cn=Administrators,cn=config. However, if a different user is used such as cn=Directory Manager and the user is not bound in quotes we get this error.
$ repldisc -D cn=Directory Manager -w pwd -b o=rtest -s myserver:1389 repldisc: too many servers specified usage: repldisc [-D binddn] [-w password] [-j file] [-t] [-n] [-a] [-p port] [-T timeout] [-J file] [-W keypasswd] [-K keydbpath] [-N certname] [-P certdbpath] [-e SSL port] [-b Replica Root] -s|-S <HostSpec> HostSpec is: [binddn[:[password]]@]<host>[:port]
