Distributed Queue Member Information Missing From WLS Console (Doc ID 1536618.1)

Symptoms

Customers report not being able to view statistics about all of the members of a uniform distributed queue (UDQ). Customer has created a UDQ in a JMS module and deployed this module from the admin console deployment tab. Now, when we navigate through Deployment -> Deployed XML file -> Queue -> Monitoring, we expect to view distributed queue member information. However no information is displayed. We were able to view the destination information when using Weighted Distributed Queues and normal queues.
