On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Technology Adapters, AQ Adapter
SOA instances stopped dequeueing messages despite no changes having been made. User has run through a number of troubleshooting steps including re-configuring the AQ adapter and making sure the permissions are correct on the DB queue but with no effect.
In the log file the following error is found:
