Content Manager Icon Missing In Enterprise Management Console (Doc ID 1537358.1)

Symptoms

A Middleware system with UCM Server installed and running will show a Content Management (or WebCenter Content, for 11.1.1.6 and later) folder structure on the Enterprise Manager console. On some installations, this folder does not appear. The WCC server is running and accessible, and shows in the Server tab of Enterprise Manage with status RUNNING.
