Unable To Change The Application Skin in WebCenter Spaces Administration Pages (Doc ID 1537821.1)

Symptoms

The  note below was followed to allow use of custom template on system pages.

<Note 1499968.1> How To Change Or Modify The Default Template for System Pages In WebCenter Spaces.

Custom templates can be applied to system pages now but during the testing, it appears that no custom skin can't be set anymore in the WebCenter Spaces administration pages.
