OEG Service Hangs Shutting Down When It is Integrated With OES (Doc ID 1538749.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.1 version, Oracle Enterprise Gateway

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When shutting down the OEG service (when integrated with an OES SM) using 'service enterprisegateway stop'
or 'service enterprisegateway restart', the shutdown doesn't successfully occur.

It is necessary to abort the command and issue the stop/restart command a second time, which completes quickly.
