Install Fails with Error "ORA-12899: value too large for column" (Doc ID 1539055.1)

Symptoms

Hello CS is successful, DB and Permissions are successful. CAS and WCS files are active in Weblogic
However 80% through the installation there is an error.


In the install_log.log:


CS.INSTALL][ERROR] CSSetupEngine.initReInitAction: Database Initialization Failed.
Initialization was attempted with wcDataSource as the DSN.
The URL that was passed in = http://localhost:7003/cs/CatalogManager.
Please Check your connection and property files settings.

[CS.INSTALL][ERROR] CSSetupEngine.initReInitAction:  Error received = Command failed:createtable
Can't create Sysinfo catalog
