ODI 11g Standalone Installation Fails When Work Repository is of Execution Type With Message 'INST-07226: Specified Work repository does not exist in the given Database'

Symptoms
During the ODI 11g software installation of installation type Standalone Installation where the ODI Repository type is of type Execution, when selecting Work Repository Details you will not see your Work Repository listed:
If the installation type is of silent install, the following message may be signalled indicating that the installation does not complete successfully:
[VALIDATION] [ERROR]:INST-07226: Specified Work repository does not exist in the given Database
[VALIDATION] [SUGGESTION]:Check the Work repository name and the Database credentials
installation Failed. Exiting installation due to data validation failure
