User Is Able to Delete His Personal Folder Through DIS-WEI (Doc ID 1539231.1)

Symptoms

In Framework Folders, each user has his/her own Personal Folder under the Users root folder.  This folder is unable to be deleted through the web browser interface.  However, a user is able to delete his/her personal folder through the Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) - Windows Explorer Integration (WEI) client.
