Import Server OFR Macro (OFR-Import-Server-Macro.bas) Fails to Import Document with Blank Page Separator "The attachment [Import Server Oracle Forms Recognition macro] was determined to be invalid" (Doc ID 1539381.1)

Symptoms

When setting up Import Server with the OFR integration macro "OFR-Import-Server-Macro.bas", an error is received in the Import Server log when a document containing a blank page is imported.  The logging appears as:

03/20/13 15:05:09 1105 Start processing batch 
03/20/13 15:05:09 1106 Importing Email Provider batch into batch <BatchID>.
03/20/13 15:05:09 5116 Processing attachment #1 [<File_Name>.pdf].
03/20/13 15:05:10 1137 File is being processed through the Oracle Document Capture printer.
03/20/13 15:05:14 708 Blank page detected - Page will be discarded due to size: 1634 bytes...
03/20/13 15:05:14 1112 The page C:\Users\LESHAR~1\AppData\Local\Temp\<File_Name>.TIF of batch [<BatchID>] was not processed as requested by the VBA macro's AddPage event.
03/20/13 15:05:17 5139 The attachment [Import Server Oracle Forms Recognition macro] was determined to be invalid.
03/20/13 15:05:17 1116 No pages were added to the new batch. This batch will be removed.
03/20/13 15:05:17 1310 ***Error*** Error occurred during batch importing, import item 0 did not import. Provider: Email Provider Job: 
03/20/13 15:05:17 5110 Logged out of account [<Account_Name>] on IMAP server [<Server>].
03/20/13 15:05:17 5111 Disconnected from IMAP server [<Server>.com].
03/20/13 15:05:17 1104 Job is finished.
