Context Dependency Injection (CDI) Applications Not Working After a Console Stop/Start (Doc ID 1539743.1)

Symptoms

Two applications using context dependency injection (CDI) are deployed on WLS, but they cannot be started at the same time.

While AppA will not start automatically, the other app starts normally. Once that application is redeployed using Maven, it works.

If only one of them is deployed, it will start OK as the server starts. If the "Deployment Order" parameter is defined, only the one with the lowest number (that is, the first one) will start properly. It appears that the issue is due to the interaction of both. This error can be found in the log file:
