The Community Server status page displays "CacheValidator failed. Error: Cache is unavailable", the Community Server application is not accessible via the WEM portal, checking the CoS log file we can see the following error message:
"ERROR com.fatwire.cos.inspector.validators.CacheValidator - Satellite user's credentials are mismatched. Please check user name and password in the configuration"
