Webcenter Content Server Thread Locking (Stuck Threads) caused by failed Authentication. (Doc ID 1540633.1)

After applying the WCC Opatch, the following issue was observed.

Whenever logging into the Webcenter Content server with AD credentials, the authentication page gets hung with stuck threads. The following errors are seen in the WLS logs.
