Deleting a JDBC datasource after non-dynamic changes leaves the xml file in config/jdbc folder (Doc ID 1540937.1)

 1. Create a jdbc data source and activate the session.
 2. In a new edit session, make a non-dynamic change to the domain (any) and activate the  session.
 3. In a new edit session, delete the jdbc data source created in step 1. Observe, that the datasource details are removed from config.xml, however, the actual jdbc.xml file is present in the config/jdbc directory


When a non-dynamic configuration changes are done on the weblogic admin console, then when a jdbc datasource is being deleted, following error/exception is thrown
