Can Same Managed Attachments Be Viewed From an Oracle Form and an OAF Form if Common businessObjectValue1 is used? (Doc ID 1541010.1)

Goal

Using WCC Adapter for E-Business Suite (Managed Attachments), can the adapter be configured so that the same attachments can be seen from an Oracle Form and an OAF Form? For example, if attachments were made by PERSON_ID on the PERSHRWG forms, could an OAF form see the same attachments when a user clicked the Managed Attachments button (if using PersonId as the businessObjectValue1 as the identifier)?
