Symptoms
Import Server batch job's "Image Output" tab has the settings grayed out for the "Output format for non-image files" settings. Some text is also displayed at the bottom of the "Image Output" tab of the batch job stating:
The settings above are not available due to the OS being used and/or a suitable printer was not found.
