Goal

 The error "Internal Error: Unable to open the resource bundle" is encountered when attempting to configure the Loadbalancer plug-in for Sun Java [TM] System Application Server Enterprise Edition 7 2004Q2UR5 when using the following steps:

  1. Installed AS7 2004Q2UR5
  2. Followed the steps available in the document at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E19655-01/819-2783/agplugin.html#wp34499 and modified the init.conf and server1.obj files
  3. Started the appserver instance (server1) The following error was observed:
