Console does not honor the selected candidateServers list for MigratableTarget (Doc ID 1541829.1)

Symptoms

The Configuration of Migratable Server in Weblogic Domain gives the option to configure Candidate Server list Sequence. This means while preferred Server for the Migratable Server is down, then Migratable Server will migrate in the Sequence we have configured for Candidate Server list Sequence. Migration does not honour the Sequence and randomly migrates to other Servers.

No Errors are being thrown and this can be monitored on WLS Console under:

Domain Structure > Environment > Migratable Server > <Migratable Server Name> -> Control Tab > <VALUE of Current Hosting Server>
