Nothing Happens When Clicking the Managed Attachments Button on an OAF Page (Doc ID 1541967.1)

Symptoms

 After enabling OAF page to work with the Application Adapter for WebCenter Content (Managed Attachments), when clicking on the Managed Attachments button, nothing happens. In addition, no error occurs when diagnostics are enabled on the OAF page itself.
