"Domain (or) cell location does not exist" error message when running libovdconfig.bat

Goal
When running libovdconfig.bat in Windows to configure SSL when using multiple authenticators, as described in the Oracle Fusion Middleware Security Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g , the following error message appears at the prompt:
libovdconfig.bat -host <HOSTNAME> -port <PORT> -userName <ADMIN_USER_NAME> -domainPath <ORACLE_HOME>..\domainsbifoundation_domain -createKeystore
Error recieved after entering OVD Keystore password:
