Symptoms
When trying to reply to a WebCenter Portal Discussion, the reply box resizes itself as you click in the Text field and as you move your mouse over the reply button. This only happens when using IE 9.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using IE9, reply to a topic within WebCenter Spaces.
2. Type in text and click in the text field or move mouse over the reply button.
Changes
IE 9 has been rolled out as the standard browser in customer environments.
