When testing the HelloBPEL process in the AXF Command Driver page, the following error occurs:

<Error> <oracle.imaging.axf> <BEA-000000> <Unable to find command "OPEN_TASKLIST" in the database.

oracle.imaging.axf.resources.AxfException: java.lang.Exception
